The inception of our company started in the year 1967 as a regular vendor of M/s. Andrew Yule
(pioneer of tea machineries in India) for manufacture and supply of complete set of spares and Air Heaters. After winding-up of Yule’s tea machinery division we, with our prolonged experience, independently started to manufacture and supply complete set of Air Heater and with full determination, best of quality and service now we have captured major part of Indian tea industry and additionally many overseas market also (brief list of client attached).
Foundry:
We have our own Cast Iron Foundry, at Bighati in the district of Hooghly .where we manufacture entire C.l. parts for our tea machinery division and also various kind and classes of industrial casting items for our clients in other industrial sectors. Annual production capacity is 5000 MT.
Also our new induction furnace based foundry of capacity 2000 MT per annumis being commissioned by end July 2019 wherein we will be processing SG iron, steel casting and variety of castings.
Assembly Unit:
In our Assembly Unit we process dismantled parts and assemble the complete set of machine (Air Heater and Chain Grate Stoker). This unit is supported with a machine shop equipped with all technical devices. With the provision of adequate space and overhead crainstesting / inspection facility, packing and despatches are undertaken from this unit.
Fabrication Unit:
In our separate Fabrication Unit, equipped with all required technicalfacilities, we manufacture entire MS Casing Parts, MS Tubes Banks, SS Tube Banks, Heat Exchanger Tubes etc. and various type of fabri¬ cation jobs & dryers, industrial fan.
CGS Unit:
During last 10 years we have developed Chain Grate Stoker (Mechanical Fuel Feeding System) to support our Air Heater and to meet the huge demand of our tea client for complete set of Air Heating System. This is another independent Unit where we manufacture Chain Grate Stokers of standard sizes for tea industry. Also we have a tie up with Thermax.
Office:
We have a furnished office in our own buiding with all modern communication facilities and headed by competant executives.
